Warboys is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of leaderboard data, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Warboys developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance.
